Our True Wave™ infrared emitters have an estimated operational lifespan of 30,000 hours. Even if you use your sauna five times a week, these True Wave™ heaters would last up to 125 years. Our sauna cabins are meticulously kiln-dried and air-dried to a 7% moisture content, with each panel carefully pressed to ensure a lifetime free from warping or cracking. All electrical components in your Clearlight Infrared Sauna are manufactured to our highest standards. Before your sauna leaves our factory, it is fully assembled, tested, and run for several hours to guarantee perfect performance.
In the rare event that you encounter an issue with your sauna, our limited lifetime warranty has you covered. This warranty applies to the entire sauna—including heaters, controls, electrical components, wood, and even the audio system. Sauna with peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong with your Clearlight Infrared Sauna, we’ve got you covered.
For commercial use, our saunas are still protected under a 5-year warranty.

Wood care in your Clearlight Infrared Sauna
Our Clearlight Infrared Saunas are crafted from the finest quality woods. While all wooden structures are naturally prone to minor dents, scratches, and scuffs, these imperfections are normal and do not impact the integrity or functionality of your sauna.
Wood is a living material, it reacts to changes in climate, even after being transformed into a sauna. Variations in color, grain, and small irregularities like fine cracks are part of the wood’s natural beauty and should not be seen as defects. During regular use, slight cracking may occur due to shifts in moisture levels, but this won’t compromise your sauna.
Before shipping, the wood is carefully inspected for consistency, color, and quality. As our saunas are shipped worldwide, they may have slight blemishes, scratches, or scuffs during transit. Exterior blemishes can often be concealed with a small amount of furniture polish, oil, or other furniture treatments. Interior blemishes, scratches, or scuffs can either be left as is or lightly sanded. Please avoid using treatments that contain benzene or high concentrations of alcohol. With some light maintenance and care, your sauna wood can last for a lifetime.
