You have chosen special shipping and delivery and in order to make this happen, we will need the following information for our shipping partner. Depending on your location, there may be other requirements but, for now please read the below. These pictures will help the carrier coordinate an efficient delivery process.
****If you don’t provide photos within 24hrs, your special freight will be removed from your invoice and refunded and your delivery will revert back to curbside delivery. Please understand that this is VERY important that you provide pictures in order to receive special shipping. A link to provide pictures is located at the bottom of this page.****
Below are EXAMPLES of photos and information that are required by our carrier. Please provide photos of the designated area where the shipping boxes will be delivered. These photos are very important and are required and should include:
Pathway to the final delivery location
All doorways or hallways that may be used during delivery
Number of stairs including turns and platforms
Any other features that may impede or affect delivery
